- Profile information: clothing sizes, style preferences, and budget preferences you provide
- Photos: images you upload for virtual try-on
- Chat data: conversations with our AI stylist
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the Service, including AI styling recommendations
- Generate virtual try-on images using your uploaded photos
- Process your subscription and payments
- Communicate with you about your account and the Service
- Analyse usage to improve our features
Our legal basis for processing is: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), your consent (photo uploads), and our legitimate interests (improving the Service and preventing abuse).
4. Third Parties
We share data with the following third-party services:
- Supabase: hosts our database and stores your account data, chat history, and uploaded photos
- Stripe: processes subscription payments securely
- eBay: we query eBay to source product listings — your personal data is not shared with eBay
- AI providers: your style preferences and chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate styling recommendations — photos are processed for virtual try-on
- Vercel: hosts our website and may collect anonymised analytics data
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. Data may be transferred outside the UK where our service providers operate — in such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Uploaded photos are deleted when you remove them or when your account is deleted.
6. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate personal data
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your data
- Port your data to another service
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

7. Cookies

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
